This joint project - SKILLS (Superior Knowledge by Intensive Labour Learning Schemes) - between the ETF and the Syrian Enterprise Business Centre is a cooperation initative that seeks to increase employabillity to provide new skills and competences for young people about to start working in today"s global economy. It aims to provide businesses with skilled employees that can help to contribute to economic development.
